In his career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and as Greenwich Capital   Markets Chief Information Officer, Tom developed departments and organizations   from the ground up and led in applying new technologies to real time front office trading systems. Thomas H. Gibson  - Technology DevelopmentTommy brings a unique combination of technology,   creativity and extraordinary client relationship skills to ZStrata. He manages   all of our technology development, and due to his natural skills with people and   marketing is also involved in our sales and marketing strategy.  He has played a key role with every client beginning   with Cantor Fitzgerald and eSpeed. Tom is particularly skilled at developing   intuitive user interfaces, combining his artistic capabilities with attention to   detail.  Tommy has a B.S. in Computer Science from CW   Post / Long Island University. A talented musician, he also has a degree in audio   engineering from the Institute of Audio Research, NY. Paul R. Hollett - Creative and New MediaPaul is a pioneer in multimedia and microcomputer graphics for digital media   for over 20 years. He blends a creative background in publishing design,   photography, film & video with expertise in the latest digital systems,   software and distribution technologies. Production exposure across virtually all   platforms gives him a seasoned outlook on dynamic media and animation,   interactive content authoring & design, online community and strategic   relationship development.  Paul was a founder of Arc Studios International and Light Fantastic Studios   in New York City, with early interactive clients such as Agency.com, Bozell   Worldwide, Caribiner/Jack Morton, IDT, Lowe Direct, McCann-Erickson,   Poppe/Doubleclick, Prudential, Sony, Time-Warner, Viacom and Young &   Rubicam.
 Paul has a B.A. degree in Photography from the University of   Colorado.
 Advisory BoardAndrew S. Edson - Investor and Public Relations  Andrew S. Edson, president, started   the consultancy after serving as president and chief operating officer of   Anreder and Company, a New York-based corporate and investor relations   specialist, which he joined in early 1994.
 Previously, he spent more than   15 years at Padilla Speer Beardsley Inc., a top 30 firm, as a senior vice   president and managing partner. Mr. Edson was public affairs manager for   Citicorp; assistant director of corporate public relations with The Anaconda   Company; and held account positions with Ruder & Finn Inc. and Harshe-Rotman   & Druck, Inc., two international public relations counseling firms. He began   his career as a staff writer with the Memphis Press-Scimitar.
 He holds a B.A. in history and government from   Fairleigh Dickinson and an M.A. in history from Memphis. Accredited by the   Public Relations Society of America, he is a member of the National Investor   Relations Institute.
       John A. Sasso - Business Development Strategy, Sales and Marketing  John Sasso is the President of Insight Consulting, an   independent management-consulting firm in the Long Island, New York area. He   specializes in assisting small to medium sized privately owned companies with   their profit and growth plans.  John has extensive experience in developing business   plans, marketing strategies, product development plans and arranging for the   out-sourcing of operations and materials to low cost factories in Asia and   Mexico.  During his more than 25 years as a top level   executive, he succeeded in acquiring strategic companies, turning around   troubled businesses, consolidating mergers and acquisitions, and leading a   management buyout and initial public offering. His efforts consistently resulted   in sales growth and profit improvement for the companies involved, whose sales   range from $4M to $100M.  John has turned-around five troubled businesses,   achieving an overall 43% increase in revenues and 20% profit improvement.   Earlier he gained a technical background in software and systems development,   followed by sales, sales management and marketing. He is a graduate of   Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.   |
